At EquestrianCollections, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, original condition. Whether it is a sizing issue for your riding boots or a change of heart on a new saddle pad, our process is designed to get you back in the saddle quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse blankets and apparel are free of hair, dirt, and odors.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
